the staff were attentive. mike at check-in provided a smooth, helpful experience. housekeeping decorated the room beautifully for my wife's birthday and even included an anniversary cake! the front office manager sent a warm message too. i felt very welcomed.

the location was indeed perfect. the staff greeted everyone with a smile and were really nice too fulfill requests (even getting special cheese!). the team maintained a clean environment, steam cleaning couches routinely.
i found the laundry service to be a bit overpriced. the spa also seemed quite expensive. i think these prices could be adjusted to provide better value.

The staff were great making the stay nice. Phuong remembered our preferences and offered tailored suggestions. I also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel on arrival and breakfast was excellent too with European and Asian options and amazing coffee.
I thought the hotel should consider adding soundproofing. The room was noisy because of traffic.
