I had a fantastic time at Meritel Hanoi. The location is just spot on, close to so many attractions that I could walk to all the cool places. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, though I did notice some noise from nearby rooms. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Miley who made everything so much smoother!

I had a wonderful three-night stay at Meritel Hanoi. The hotel was extremely clean and had a great location in the heart of the old quarter. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, though I did wish there were more vegan options at breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience that I would love to repeat.
